At Mrida Creations, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and handwoven using natural fibres. We take utmost care to ensure quality at every stage; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- To raise a request, please email us at support@mridacreations.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products bought on sale or discount
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
3. Exchange Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipment.
- Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after quality inspection of the returned item.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- COD orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer (details will be requested).
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted.

6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged / wrong item), return shipping is free.
- For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Note on Handcrafted Products
Our products are handmade and handwoven using traditional techniques and natural materials. As a result, minor variations in weave, texture, finish, or colour are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items and are a natural outcome of the artisanal process. This stands as testament to authentic craftsmanship rather than mass production.
These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify as valid reasons for return or exchange. We encourage our customers to embrace these subtle differences, as they reflect the authenticity, craftsmanship, and human touch behind each creation. This indeed makes every piece one of a kind.
